A gift it is.

We will keep what we send you on the useful side of that: what makes a good gift, and how to get the size right for a child who is not yours.

Two things worth knowing now. Add a note at checkout and we write it by hand on a postcard and put it in the parcel. And if you are not sure of the size, take the band that covers their next birthday and the year after it, because a garment starts at its smallest and opens as they grow.

For your own LittleHuman.

Then the thing that matters most is picking the band they are in now, not the one they are growing into.

TinyHuman is 0 to 12 months, MiniHuman is 9 months to 4 years, LittleHuman is 4 to 9 years. If they sit near a join, take the older band. There is far more room at the top of a band than at the bottom.

Curious is a good place to start.

The easiest way to believe a garment grows is to watch one do it.

The fabric is pleated in two directions at once, so it expands across the body and along the limbs at the same time. One garment covers seven sizes. Nothing is let out and nothing is adjusted.

Thank you

That is useful to know.

Price is the answer we hear most, and it is a fair one. Nothing follows from this. We asked because it changes what we make and how we explain it, not because we wanted a way back in.

Thank you

Sizing is the one we can actually fix, so it helps to hear it. Nothing follows from this.

If you would like an answer rather than a guess, reply to the email with the child's age and a person will tell you which band.

Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes are all things we can work on. Nothing follows from this.
