About these terms
Petit Pli Missions is our way of thanking the families who help Petit Pli grow: referrals, patches, store credit and the perks that come with them. It's new, and we're working it out as we go. So that we can keep improving it, these terms give us a lot of room to change things, and we ask you to read them with that in mind.
These terms sit alongside our terms of service and privacy policy. By taking part you agree to all three. If anything here conflicts with your statutory rights as a consumer, your statutory rights win.
Taking part
Petit Pli Missions is open to customers aged 18 or over who have a Petit Pli customer account. One account per person. We may decide who can take part, and we may pause or end anyone's participation at any time, for any reason we consider reasonable, including the reasons under Fair use and Fraud below.
Taking part is free. Patches, tiers, perks and store credit are rewards we choose to give: they aren't something you buy, and they have no cash value.
Refer a friend
Once you've placed an order you get a personal referral code and link. A friend who uses it gets £20 off their first Petit Pli order of £60 or more (before delivery). Friends must be new to Petit Pli: no earlier orders, accounts, or orders to the same delivery address, payment details or household. One referral discount per friend, and it can't be combined with other discount codes unless we say so.
When your friend's order qualifies, you'll see £20 store credit as pending. It becomes spendable 60 days after their order arrives, once their returns period has ended. If the order is cancelled, returned or refunded (in full, or so that it no longer qualifies), the pending credit is cancelled, and credit already added may be taken back.
You can earn credit for up to 10 referrals in any rolling 12 months. Referrals beyond that still count towards your patches but don't earn credit. You can't refer yourself, anyone in your household, or another account you control.
We decide whether a referral qualifies. Our records are final, except where they're clearly wrong.
Store credit
Store credit can be spent at petitpli.com only. It can't be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or used to buy gift cards. It expires 24 months after it's added to your account, unless we say otherwise when we add it.
Add your Petit Pli Missions pass to Apple Wallet and we'll add 5 in store credit (£5, €5, $5 or CHF 5, in the currency of your last order, otherwise pounds). It's for customers who've placed an order: if you add the pass first, it's added once your first order is paid. Once per customer, however many times the pass is added or removed, and it expires 180 days after it's added.
If credit is added by mistake, or was earned in a way these terms don't allow, we may remove it, or deduct it from your balance or from future credit.
If you return something you paid for partly with store credit, we'll refund the credit portion as store credit.
Store credit is held in one currency and can only be used at a checkout in that currency. Checkout uses the currency of the country you're shipping to, so if you ship somewhere else (a gift abroad, say), move your credit first on your Mission Log. Moves use the day's European Central Bank exchange rate less 3%, rounded down, and moved credit keeps the expiry date of the credit it replaces. We may limit how often credit can be moved, and pause moves while exchange rates update.
Patches, tiers and perks
Patches record what you've done with us. Tiers and perks (such as early access to our Sample Sale, discounts, members-only products and invitations) depend on the patches you hold. Patches, tiers and perks have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Some perks need patches earned through orders, referrals or missions such as Field Reporter: patches collected at pop-ups and exhibitions count towards tiers but not towards discounts.
Collectable patches for places (pop-ups, exhibitions) are awarded once our team has checked your photo. Field Reporter rewards are added once we've reviewed your uploads. In both cases our decision is final.
Secret tiers are by invitation only, personal to you, and can be withdrawn at any time. Their codes must not be shared outside the people the tier allows.
Changes to the programme
We're trying our best to reward our community well, and we're learning as we go. We may change, pause or end any part of Petit Pli Missions at any time. That includes the missions, patches, tiers, perks, discounts, the amount of credit a referral earns, how and when credit becomes spendable, and these terms.
We may also change the value of, or withdraw, store credit that hasn't been spent yet, for example if the programme changes or ends. Where we make a change like that we'll tell you first where we reasonably can, by email or on your Mission Log. Credit you've already spent isn't affected.
If you keep taking part after a change, the new terms apply. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Fair use
Your code is for sharing with people you know: friends, family, your parent groups, your own social media followers.
Codes must not be posted on discount, voucher, coupon, cashback or deal websites or apps, used in paid adverts or search ads, or offered in exchange for payment. Codes we find in places like these will be cancelled. Any pending credit linked to them will be withdrawn, and we may remove patches, close your participation, or close your account.
If one code is used unusually often, we may pause it while we take a look. Credit linked to it waits until we've checked.
Fraud and misuse
We don't allow fake or duplicate accounts, referring yourself, placing orders to trigger credit and then returning them, misusing someone else's details, or anything else that games the programme. If we reasonably suspect any of this, we may withhold, cancel or take back credit, discounts and patches, cancel affected orders, close your participation or your account, and recover any loss from you. We may also report fraud to the relevant authorities.
Photos and videos
If you join Field Reporter, the consent you give when joining explains how we use your photos and videos. We'll never name your child. You can ask us to remove any photo at any time.
Our responsibility
We run Petit Pli Missions with care, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If something goes wrong (a link that doesn't work, a delay in adding credit, a patch that doesn't appear), we'll put it right where it's within our control. Beyond that, and so far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from the programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
