Did you know Petit Pli - Clothes That Grow were close to popping up in a London store near you?

Earlier this year, Appear Here - the leading marketplace for short-term retail space - announced the launch of their 2020 Space for Ideas competition. The mission of the competition is: to discover ideas that would define the decade, contribute to the culture of our cities' streets and to create lasting social impact. 

With the challenge to turn our ideas into a pop-up reality, Petit Pli proposed to transform a shop into an out of this world experience - capable of transporting visitors through space and time, to reflect our story of innovation, design and desire to solve problems for the future of humanity. We were over the moon to learn in June 2020, that Team Petit Pli were chosen as a finalist from thousands of applicants! 

From artisanal design studios, revolutionary skincare to a UN Women initiative for gender equality, our fellow finalists and winners promise an exciting future.
