COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
We are still dispatching orders and ensuring a hygienic packaging environment, orders are dispatched within 2 days. Due to disruption caused by COVID-19, some local carriers may be delayed or unable to deliver to certain locations. These restrictions vary significantly by region and therefore, before placing an order, we ask that customers consult the Royal Mail list below and check that your country is still accepting mail.
EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD
For LittleHumans wishing to return or exchange items, we have extended our re-entry policy from 30 days to 90 on any products purchased on or after 15th March 2020.
THANK YOU
We thank you for supporting our small business, and wish you & your families health in these unprecedented times. A story explaining the changes caused by Covid-19 to your LittleHuman is available here.
How much will delivery cost?
Delivery will vary based on your location, please proceed to the checkout and enter your country to get a delivery quote. All deliveries are sent via tracked services for peace of mind. Delivery to the UK is free when you spend over £100; Express delivery to the USA is free above a £200 spend.
How long does it take to dispatch goods?
Unless stated otherwise (such as a pre-order) we aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days - but usually within 1 working day. During busy times, such as a new product launch, there may be a slight delay in delivery. Deliveries to the UK normally arrive the next working day after dispatch.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If you enter a PO Box address in Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or Yemen, you will be required to provide a valid telephone number. When your delivery arrives in the relevant country, our courier, DHL, will contact you to obtain a physical address for delivery.
How do I claim for lost parcels?
Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days. We also ask customers to ensure that they make their claim within a reasonable length of time as we will have to liaise with the couriers to resolve the issue.
Damaged in Transit
Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 72 hours of receipt so please check your delivery on arrival.
Where do you deliver?
We aim to deliver to as many countries as possible - please proceed to the checkout to confirm if we can deliver to your address. If you are unable to complete the checkout, please get in touch with us at care@petitpli.com.
DUTIES
What Brexit means for EU deliveries
EU Duties are included in your final order total - no additional duties are due upon receipt. This policy is the same for orders to Switzerland and Norway.

Rest Of World
We are happy to send shipments to a number of countries around the world. However the responsibility of import duties is to be borne by the recipient. You can check to see if your delivery is exempt from charges by searching online for a customs & VAT duty calculator and using HS code (62041300 for childrenswear; and 611710 for MSKs) and country of origin to be the United Kingdom.
All Petit Pli orders are currently sent from the UK.
