Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

UK customers benefit from free returns.

Simply contact us at care@petitpli.com or Whatsapp and we will generate & provide a returns label.

Outside the UK, customers cover return shipping unless we’ve made an error. We’re here to help make the process smooth.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
