Refund policy


We are able to offer our UK customers a risk-free guarantee where Petit Pli will handle the cost of the returned item if your LittleHuman changes their mind. Meaning no risk for you.

To be eligible for a return, your garment must be unused and in the new condition that you received it. Please return your item in the original packaging where possible. Please note, MSK's are not eligible for returns due to hygienic reasons - if you are having problems with your MSK, please contact us at and we will be happy to help!



We are still dispatching orders and ensuring a hygienic packaging environment, orders are dispatched within 2 days. Due to disruption caused by COVID-19, some local carriers may be delayed or unable to deliver to certain locations. These restrictions vary significantly by region and therefore, before placing an order, we ask that customers consult the Royal Mail list below and check that your country is still accepting mail.


For LittleHumans wishing to return or exchange items, we have extended our re-entry policy from 30 days to 90 on any products purchased on or after 15th March 2020 to 15 March 2021.

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All items returned must be in an unused and saleable condition.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Petit Pli, 121 Monier Road, E3 2PS, London, United Kingdom. If you are based in the United Kingdom, contact us for a free returns label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. UK orders are covered by the Risk-free Guarantee, where we are able to offer free UK returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
