Purchase Options & Cancellations

1. Pre Orders

Pre order items are reserved especially for you and are charged at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your pre order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Once your pre order has been dispatched, our standard 60 day returns policy applies.

Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page. If there are any changes, we will notify you.


2. Subscriptions

If you have purchased a subscription product, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date.

Cancellations made after a billing date will apply to the following renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription via your customer account where available, or by contacting care@petitpli.com.


3. Customised or Personalised Items

Customised or personalised items are made especially for you and are therefore non refundable unless faulty.

If there is an issue with your personalised item, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
