That is why we offer a complimentary lifetime repairs service for Petit Pli products, with valid proof of purchase or gift receipt. To activate your repair eligibility, simply register your product within 90 days of purchase using the form below.

Complete the form below within 90 days of purchase and keep your proof of purchase or gift receipt handy.

2. Send it to us when needed

If your Petit Pli garment needs repair, our team will assess it and do our best to restore it so it can keep going.

3. Keep it performing beautifully

We believe thoughtful design should stay in use for as long as possible. Our repair service helps extend the life of every garment, keeping Petit Pli pieces in motion for more adventures ahead.

Discover RE:Pleat

For garments needing deeper restoration, we also offer RE:Pleat, our specialist service in London.

We carefully disassemble the garment, restore its embedded structure, and reassemble it so it can continue performing beautifully for years to come.

Important details

  • Garments must be washed before being sent to our repairs team.
  • Repairs can take up to 4 weeks once received by our repairs team.
  • While we always aim to restore items as closely as possible to their original condition, there may occasionally be slight differences in colour, material, or hardware.
  • We are unable to repair purely cosmetic wear and tear.
